Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, how long files stay on our server and the choices you have.
Last updated: 24 October 2026- You do not need an account. We never ask you to register.
- What you type or upload into a template form is used to create your PDF. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
- Your generated PDF, uploads and the details you typed are kept for about 45 minutes so you can download your document, then they are deleted automatically.
- Cookies for analytics and advertising are your choice through the cookie banner.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how TemplatesInn.net (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the website. TemplatesInn.net lets you fill in a form and download a printable PDF. By using the website you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
- What you enter in template forms. The text, dates, amounts, logos, photos and signatures you type or upload so that we can place them into your document. Please do not enter information you would not be comfortable having on a document, and never enter bank card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers.
- Contact form messages. If you write to us, we receive the name, location, email address, phone number and message you provide. They are sent to us by email and used only to reply and to deal with your request.
- Ratings. If you rate a template, the star rating is saved and a small cookie in your browser remembers that you have voted, so the same browser cannot vote repeatedly.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our server and hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type, device, the pages requested and the time of the request.
- Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and approximate location. We also keep a simple count of how many PDFs have been created. That count contains no personal information.
3. How we use it
- To create the PDF you ask for and to let you go back and adjust your entries.
- To reply to messages and to look into reports of errors or misuse.
- To keep the site secure, to prevent abuse and repeated voting, and to fix technical problems.
- To understand which templates are useful so that we can improve the site, using analytics you have allowed.
- To comply with the law and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We do not use what you enter in forms to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share information only with:
- Our hosting and email providers, who store and deliver the website and our email.
- Google, for analytics and, when ads are shown, advertising (see section 6).
- Authorities, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Some of these providers may process information in other countries.
5. How long we keep files
We do not keep your documents. The PDF we generate, any logo, photo or signature you upload, and the details you typed into the form (together with the IP address and session identifier recorded with them) are stored on our server for about 45 minutes so that you can preview and download your document. After that they are permanently deleted automatically.
All that remains afterwards is a record that a document of a certain template type was created, which we use to count how many documents have been made. It contains none of your content. While your files are on the server they are stored under random file names, and they are not listed on the site or shown to other visitors. During your browser session, your entries are also remembered so that the “make adjustments” step can show them again. Routine server backups made by our hosting provider may hold a copy for a short time longer.
If you need something removed sooner, please use our Contact page and tell us roughly when you created it.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your cookie choice and your ratings, to measure traffic with Google Analytics and, whenever ads are shown, to let Google serve and measure ads. At times the site shows no ads at all.
The cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or keep only those the site needs, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or opt out of some third-party vendors at aboutads.info.
7. Your choices and rights
You can use the whole site without an account, change your cookie choice whenever you like and ask us to delete your files sooner, as described in section 5. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version is effective when it is posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Contact us
Questions about this policy or about your information? Please write to us through the Contact page.
