Create Webinar Attendance Certificate
Designed like a browser window floating on a dark dotted grid: a window bar with tab dots and the host name, a play button and audio waveform, and a crisp white panel for the attendee name and webinar title. A light version suits office printers.
A browser-window design with a play button and waveform looks like the event it records, and a light version saves ink.

Distinguish the webinar from the wider online series
Use the specific session title in the achievement field and identify the host in the organisation field. If the session belongs to a series, mention the series briefly in the wording or optional detail rather than replacing the actual webinar name. A clear date is especially useful when recordings or repeat broadcasts exist. This helps the recipient recognise which event the document describes without needing to search through old joining links or emails for the missing context.
Choose wording that matches the attendance being acknowledged
Decide whether the organiser is recognising a live session, a replay activity or another defined form of participation. Write that accurately in the paragraph. Attending a webinar is different from passing a course, and the certificate should preserve that distinction. If a discussion or follow-up task formed part of your event, include it only when it applies to the person receiving the award. The form does not connect to a webinar platform, inspect viewing time or confirm that someone remained online for the whole session.
Create a download that is easy to read on screen
The browser-window layout keeps the main text on a clean white panel so the name and event title remain readable in a PDF viewer. Use a concise paragraph instead of pasting an event agenda into the award. Add a supplied reference only when your organisation uses one. Two signatory areas can accommodate a presenter and event coordinator. After previewing, keep the named PDF for your own distribution process. The website does not automatically email it to attendees or manage their event records.
Wording you can adapt for this certificate
Presented in acknowledgement of attendance at the live webinar Working Better Across Remote Teams, hosted by Brightline Online Learning, including the closing discussion.
Details to check before presenting
- Identify live attendance or another actual arrangement.
- Check the event date and session title.
- Keep the webinar agenda separate.
- Review the PDF in a normal viewer.
Sending certificates after a live session
Webinar hosts normally e-mail a certificate to attendees after checking the attendance report. Keep the webinar title exactly as it appeared on the registration page and add the date and time zone if attendees were global. Generate the PDFs from your list and attach them to a follow-up message.
The window on the dark grid
The white panel looks like an application window with three coloured dots and a pink Certificate tab, set on a deep dotted background. The play icon and audio wave in the corner fit video sessions. Printing the dark original uses a lot of ink, so the light grey-and-coral version is the better choice for paper.
