How the card works
The page holds two identical panels, each 3.8 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall, separated by a dotted fold line. The upper panel is printed upside down. Fold along the dotted line and the card stands up like a tent, so guests on both sides of the table can read the name.
Two form fields
- Guest name. Bold capitals; long names shrink to fit.
- Table number or message. A short line in small type, such as “Table 4”, “Gluten-free” or “Bride’s cousin”.
Making a set
Fill the form for one guest, download and then go back and change the name. A dinner for twenty takes about ten minutes. Print on card stock between 200 and 250 gsm and score the fold with a ruler to get a crisp edge.
When to use it
The black frame and neat typeface suit formal dinners, award evenings, committee lunches and any event where a restrained look is wanted.
