Create Fragile Handle with Care Label
A high-contrast fragile sticker with an original glass illustration, a short handling note and optional package-reference codes.
Use this supplementary sticker when a packed item should be handled with extra care. The fixed fragile heading is easy to notice, while your note can briefly describe the handling request. It belongs alongside a complete destination and any carrier-issued label, not in place of either.

Make a specific request without crowding the warning
The main fragile message and glass illustration already establish the purpose. Use the note for a useful detail such as "Glassware inside / please handle gently" rather than several competing warnings. Only describe the contents at a level you are comfortable displaying publicly. The sticker does not verify what is inside or make the packaging protective. Choose appropriate packing for the item and communicate any special arrangements through your shipping process. A clear instruction can support that care, but the word fragile is not a substitute for it.
Place it where it can be read during handling
Choose a flat visible area that does not cover the destination, postage or carrier codes. If you print several identical copies for different sides of one box, keep the information consistent. A short package reference can help link the sticker to your own packing record, but a generic instruction can also be used without codes. Avoid filling every surface with old or conflicting stickers. When reusing packaging, check that the overall presentation still gives one clear destination and an accurate set of handling messages.
A fragile-package review
- Use the sticker only when its message fits the contents.
- Keep the short note clear and factual.
- Retain a separate complete destination label.
- Leave carrier codes and addresses unobstructed.
- Check the printed reference if codes are enabled.
Give the fragile sticker an optional package ID
A package reference is useful if your packing team wants to associate the sticker with a known order or item. Both codes can contain that value, or you can disable them for a simpler instruction-only sticker. A custom QR should have a defined purpose, such as your own public handling page; it does not certify the contents or create a carrier handling service.
The generator creates QR codes and Code 128 barcodes locally. Both use your reference by default; optional custom QR text can instead contain your own short URL or text. A blank reference produces a stable internal ID derived from the submitted label details. These are your identifiers, not official carrier tracking numbers. The tool does not buy postage, reserve a shipment or send the encoded data to a code-generation service.
Print the warning at a usable size
The sticker measures 4 by 3 inches. Choose its single-label PDF for a matching printer setup or the repeated landscape A4/Letter sheet for identical copies with trimming guides. Black-and-white output keeps the original icon clear, while colour accents are available for colour printers. Keep the machine codes black on white with their margins intact. Print at actual size, then inspect the heading and note after attaching a trial copy. Do not place the label across an edge that folds through the illustration or code area.
Fragile sticker questions
Does a fragile sticker guarantee special handling?
No. It is a supplementary visible instruction. Arrange any service requirements with the carrier and use packaging suited to the contents; the template does not book, confirm or enforce handling services.
Can I print it without an order barcode?
Yes. Choose No codes for a simple fragile sticker. QR-only, barcode-only and combined options are available when a package reference serves a purpose in your own workflow.
