Create Business Logo Shipping Label
A business-focused address label with an optional uploaded logo, readable destination details and order codes that remain independent of your branding.
Bring a recognisable business identity to outgoing packages without turning the delivery address into a marketing panel. Upload your own raster logo or use your business name alone. The logo is fitted into its area without cropping, while sender and recipient details retain their separate jobs.

Use a logo that still reads when reduced
A simple logo usually works better than an image containing a slogan, website, telephone number and several lines of small type. Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP file within the upload limits shown in the form. Leave some natural breathing space around the mark, and inspect the preview after upload. A broad logo and a tall square symbol will occupy the frame differently because the image is contained rather than stretched. Put essential sender information in the text fields even when it also appears inside the logo.
Separate recognition from delivery instructions
The business name should match the identity customers recognise from their order. The recipient still needs to be the largest practical address element, and a branded line should not replace a building or postal code. Use the package note for a short instruction or order detail rather than a full promotional paragraph. If another team packs for you, agree which sender address and order reference it should use. Consistency between packaging, records and customer correspondence is more useful than adding several competing logos or slogans.
A branded-label proof
- Upload a logo you have permission to use.
- Check the logo at the size it will actually print.
- Keep the sender name readable without the image.
- Compare the recipient and reference with the order.
- Use a monochrome-friendly mark for thermal printing.
Brand the label, not the scanning area
The machine codes stay black on white regardless of the chosen accent palette. Do not put your logo over a QR code or use it to decorate the barcode. By default the code value is the reference you enter; a custom QR value can point to your own customer-facing information. Keep private account links out of customer packaging.
The generator creates QR codes and Code 128 barcodes locally. Both use your reference by default; optional custom QR text can instead contain your own short URL or text. A blank reference produces a stable internal ID derived from the submitted label details. These are your identifiers, not official carrier tracking numbers. The tool does not buy postage, reserve a shipment or send the encoded data to a code-generation service.
Test the mark on your intended printer
The colour palettes suit colour-capable printers, while the black-and-white option is the starting point for thermal output. A full-colour logo may look very different when a printer converts it to monochrome, so inspect a physical test rather than relying on the PDF preview alone. The single label is 4 by 6 inches. The landscape A4 and Letter versions repeat the same design with trimming guides. Keep actual-size printing enabled and check fine text alongside the image before producing a full run.
Business logo label questions
Does my logo appear on every repeated label?
Yes. When a valid logo upload is provided, the same fitted logo is included in each copy on the sheet. The business name remains an editable text field, so the label is also usable without an upload.
Will the TemplatesInn logo be on my parcel?
No. TemplatesInn brands the browsing preview image only. Your downloaded label contains the template layout, your entered details and your optional business logo, without a website watermark.
