Create Packed with Care Shipping Label
A warm small-business shipping label that combines a clear address with a short packed-with-care message and an order reference.
This design is for the point where a practical dispatch label can also feel personal. The packed-with-care heading provides the tone, leaving the note field available for a brief customer message. Addresses and codes remain separated so the friendly touch does not make the package harder to identify.

Write a message that earns its place
A short, natural line is enough: "Made with care, packed for you" or "Thank you for supporting our small shop." The main heading already sets a warm tone, so the note does not need to repeat it several times. Avoid putting a review request, discount code, handling instruction and personal greeting into the same sentence. Choose the one message most useful for this package. If the contents need a specific handling note, give that priority and use a separate card for a longer thank-you message.
Make your customer details the practical centre
A beautiful package still needs a complete destination. Enter the name and address from the actual order, including any unit number. The sender section can use your shop name and return address. Keep the order reference consistent with the one used by your packing team so a customer query can be matched later. This design does not connect to a marketplace or fulfil an order automatically. It helps present and identify information you already have, and each new recipient should receive a separately checked PDF.
A thoughtful packing-desk checklist
- Use one short message rather than several competing requests.
- Copy the delivery address from the confirmed order.
- Keep the order reference consistent with your paperwork.
- Give handling instructions priority when needed.
- Read the printed note as a customer would.
Use a customer-friendly QR destination
The default QR identifies the order reference. If your process calls for a care guide, a public shop page or another short URL, put that in the optional QR field while leaving the barcode tied to the order. The code only contains what you supply; it does not create a hosted care guide or a customer account page for you.
The generator creates QR codes and Code 128 barcodes locally. Both use your reference by default; optional custom QR text can instead contain your own short URL or text. A blank reference produces a stable internal ID derived from the submitted label details. These are your identifiers, not official carrier tracking numbers. The tool does not buy postage, reserve a shipment or send the encoded data to a code-generation service.
Choose warmth without wasting the information area
The orange accent can add a warm feel on a colour printer; the monochrome palette is available when you need economical or thermal output. The codes retain white backgrounds in either case. Print a single 4 by 6-inch test to check the balance between the heading, address and note. For repeated copies of the same package label, select a landscape sheet and print at 100 percent. Do not shrink a large sheet to a small label roll; use the dedicated single-label PDF for that printer.
Packed-with-care label questions
Can I change the main packed-with-care heading?
The heading is part of this design. You can personalise the sender, recipient, reference and short note, then choose a palette. Use the note for your own brief message rather than trying to edit the fixed artwork.
Can the QR link to product-care instructions?
Yes. Enter your own short public URL in the custom QR field and check the resulting scan. The website does not host those instructions or verify the destination; you provide and maintain the page.
